Abstract and Final Presentation Submission

1. Scientific committee invites delegates and students to submit the Papers and Posters for consideration and inclusion into scientific program of 32nd IESCON 2024. The presentations will be held on 03.10.2024.
2. The Presenter should be a registered delegate of the conference.
3. Work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at national and international meetings. The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
4. The medium of communication should be English.
5. Only original research and case reports pertaining to Endodontics will be accepted for competitive category.
6. Abstract for presentations should be uploaded at www.iescon2024.com on or before 30th June 2024.
7. The maximum number of participants is restricted to 1 per paper presentation and 2 per poster presentation.
8. Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
9. Abstracts and the presentations once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
10. Final posters are to be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format using Microsoft 2010 PowerPoint or later version only. Maximum size of the file should not exceed 25 MB. PPT for the poster presentation should be a single slide which will be displayed on the prescribed day.
11. Final Paper/Poster is to be submitted on or before 31 st August 2024.
12. It is mandatory to Mention only your abstract code. Do not mention your institution names and guide names on your presentation.
13. Presentation time for paper is 8 minutes and poster is 3 minutes. There will be a maximum of only 2 minutes’ discussion following the presentation.
14. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.

Cancellation of registration

• Cancellation of conference registration must be done in writing email to iescon2024@gmail.com
• Registrations cancelled before June 30, 2024, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled before August 31, 2024, will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled from September 1, 2024, onward will not be eligible for any refund. (GST will not be considered for refund.)
• Registrations cannot be substituted.
• Refunds will be processed after the conference within a two-month period.
• IESCON2024 reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, fire, explosion, accidents, property breakdown, legal changes, pandemics, or global health crises.
• IESCON2024 reserves the right to modify the conference's timing, dates, and venue without any liability to the participants.
• By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant indemnifies IESCON2024 and holds it harmless against any loss, damage, injury, actions, proceedings, or claims arising from their actions or omissions during the conference.
• All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of the Chennai Court.
