Conference is Conducted by Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics Association of Tamilnadu.

Currency: Indian Rupees (INR)

1. Registration Fees:
   • 1.1  The registration fees for IESCON2024 are specified on the official conference website.
   • 1.2  All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Payment Methods:
   • 2.1  All payments must be made online via Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, or UPI.
   • 2.2  Payment instructions and details will be provided upon completion of the online registration process.
3. Refund Policy:
   • 3.1  Refunds are not permitted from Sep 01, 2024.

   • 3.3  Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.
4. Cancellations and Substitutions:
   • 4.1  Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference organizing committee via email at iescon2024@gmail.com.
   • 4.2  Substitutions are allowed but must be communicated in advance in writing.
5. No Show Policy:
   • 5.1  Participants who do not attend the conference without prior cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
6. Conference Program Changes:
   • 6.1  The conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, and speakers without prior notice.
   • 6.2  In the event of program cancellation, a refund will be provided to registered participants.
7. Liability:
   • 7.1  The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to the property of participants during the conference.
   • 7.2  Participants are advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance coverage.
8. Photography and Filming:
   • 8.1  By attending IESCON2024, participants consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional and archival purposes.
9. Data Privacy:
   • 9.1  The information provided during the registration process will be handled in accordance with the conference's privacy policy.
