• Delegates and PG students can register using installment offer or shall do full payment directly.
• GST 18% applicable...
• Registration includes Lunches on Conference days, Entry to Scientific halls and trade stalls, & Conference kit
• No spot registration

Cancellation of registration

• Cancellation of conference registration must be done in writing email to iescon2024@gmail.com
• Registrations cancelled before June 30, 2024, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled before August 31, 2024, will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee.
• Registrations cancelled from September 1, 2024, onward will not be eligible for any refund. (GST will not be considered for refund.)
• Registrations cannot be substituted.
• Refunds will be processed after the conference within a two-month period.
• IESCON2024 reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as Acts of God, terrorism, war, strikes, fire, explosion, accidents, property breakdown, legal changes, pandemics, or global health crises.
• IESCON2024 reserves the right to modify the conference's timing, dates, and venue without any liability to the participants.
• By accepting these terms and conditions, the participant indemnifies IESCON2024 and holds it harmless against any loss, damage, injury, actions, proceedings, or claims arising from their actions or omissions during the conference.
• All legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of the Chennai Court.
